ParentAI Terms of Use

This is an English translation for convenience. The Turkish version prevails if the two differ.
Acceptance
By downloading or using the ParentAI app you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
The service
ParentAI is a mobile app developed by AmberSF: an AI parenting coach. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
Rules of use
You agree to use the app in line with applicable law. The following are not allowed:
- Reverse engineering the app or reproducing it without permission.
- Using automated access methods that place an excessive load on our systems.
- Generating or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
Your content
Content you create or share remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to display that content inside the app. We reserve the right to remove content that breaks these rules.
Subscriptions and payments
The free version of ParentAI offers a limited number of trials. A ParentAI Pro subscription unlocks unlimited chat coaching, the daily tip, personalised stories and development games, with no ads and no waiting.
- Subscription periods: weekly, monthly and yearly plans are offered. The yearly plan may include a free trial if you are eligible.
- Price: the current price is shown in your country’s currency on the subscription screen in the app and on the store listing. Prices vary by country.
- Payment: once you confirm, the charge is applied to your Apple Account or your Google Play account.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation: you can turn the subscription off at any time in your store settings — iOS: Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; Android: Google Play › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which you keep using until then.
- Free trial: if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds: sales and refunds are handled by the store and follow Apple’s or Google’s refund rules. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but we are happy to help at support@ambersf.com.
- Across devices: your subscription belongs to your store account and is recognised on any device signed in with it via “Restore purchases”.
If we change prices or the plan structure, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect; the period already running finishes on its existing terms.
Limitation of liability
What ParentAI provides is general information; it is not medical, psychological or pedagogical advice. The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
Intellectual property
The name, logo, design and software of the app belong to AmberSF. They may not be reproduced or distributed beyond personal use.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by removing it from your device.
Changes and governing law
When these terms change we update this page and the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
